Last year's event was a huge success, as we were able to send approximately 600 children shopping at the Super Target, 7501 W. Colonial Dr, Orlando, Fl. Each child receives a $100.00 shopping spree, as they shop along side one of our local law enforcement representatives. They are also given a picture taken of them with Santa Claus. We thank everyone who participated to make last year's event so successful! One only needs to see the smiles on the faces of the children to understand why we do this every year.
Once again we ask for your help and support in making our 2008 event a success. Our goal this year is to send even more children shopping. The event will again be at the Super Target on Sunday, December 14th. We are in need of merchandise, gift certificates, and business services to be offered at our silent auction, held at our fund raising Golf Tournament on December 8th at the Orange County National Golf Center and Lodge.
